What areas of Minnesota do you serve?
The full Twin Cities metro, including Minneapolis, St. Paul, and the surrounding suburbs in Hennepin, Ramsey, Washington, Dakota, and Anoka counties. We travel outside the metro for the right event!
What's the difference between a coffee cart and a coffee truck?
A coffee truck is a vehicle and needs somewhere to park. A coffee cart rolls inside, which means it can set up in a ballroom, a lobby, a church fellowship hall, or under a tent in a backyard! For most indoor Twin Cities events, a cart is the more flexible option.
How much space does the coffee cart need?
About five feet by five feet of flat space and one standard outlet. We can work around tighter spots, and we’ll figure out power ahead of time if there isn’t an outlet nearby.
How far in advance should I book a coffee cart?
For a Saturday between May and October, three to six months. For a weekday corporate event, two to four weeks is usually fine. If your date is close, ask anyway! Cancellations happen.
Do you offer oat milk and other non-dairy options?
Every booking includes oat at no extra cost. We can offer whatever non-dairy milks work for you! Tell us about any allergies in the room and we’ll plan for them!
Do you serve non-coffee drinks?
Yes! Hot chocolate, an assortment of teas, and steamers, so guests who don’t drink coffee and kids at the party aren’t standing there empty-handed.
